Deffinantly Risk (but it becomes boreing since my family kinda sucks at it...they are ever so gullible. I once convinced them to give me Asia, and they did it ^_^). Other ones I like would be monoploy (80% chance of victory against family), Chess (I suck though, I am the only one who beat our schools chess champ, but ever can beat me), and...umm...I dunno. Upwords is kinda fun aswell.

I like Jokering, with cards. Yeah.

Edit: But that's a cardgame silly.

Monopoly in that case.

Monopoly, since that's like, the game I grew up playing the most.

I'm not available for battling at this time, because Nintendo thought it was a good idea to completely remove Ditto hunting from Pokemon Platinum.

scrabble!

swear warning/slight innappropriatness

As a kid I always liked monopoly junior and one of the properties I'd always buy was the arcade. I like regular monopoly, cranium, trivia pursuit dvd (although sometimes the dvd screws up i think) and well although it isnt a boardgame Jenga is pretty cool,

when I was little there was a game called crocodile dentist that scared the **** out of me...

we've always had scrabblle but when we went to my grandparents summer home we found scrabble at a swap shop in a dump, and it had all its pieces and everything which was pretty awesome... one time when I was there they had some extremely old calculator cartridges or something.. like very very old video games for like TI-XX (dont remembre the numbers) and I was half tempted to pick one up just because .. you can find weiiird stuff at places like that and yard sales

Monopoly and Scrabble are about the only two games I can think of that are worth playing, and at the same time, work for all ages. There's other things like Upwords which is a 3D take on Scrabble, but it all essentially comes down to those two.
