Perhaps one of my last posts for awhile

So I was playing Xbox Live with Meda and another friend, when all of a sudden my mother walks into the room and yells at me about how messy the room is. There is a diet pepsi can on a table and Wii remotes set down on the side of the couch on an area designed to have things resting on it. She yelled at me a little earlier about how I told my friends something she said earlier about Madden having porn in it since she fears that they're strangers and will find our adress somehow if I tell them things like that. She asked who I was playing with, so I asked if she was going to yell if I told her. She then began yelling at me for that, and as she began picking up things, her rage began to build. She went from gently setting things down to smashing within a minute, and then before I knew it, she was spitting in my face, knocking things over, and the Wii she always tries to use as an excuse for me to do things for her since she camped out with me to get it was on the floor since she had smashed it over and tore the cords out. I got up because of how crazy she was acting and yelled out "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" and she turned the TV off and told me to get out of the room and to go to my room.
After a good hour of me sitting and listening to her yell downstairs about me and how all her problems are because of me, she runs upstairs and opens my door. Since I recently recieved a low scholarship in P.E. that I had already corrected, she now thinks I should be in a special learning center and be pulled out of school. My brother and I were enrolled in com-skills, even though I was about to get out of it this year. I missed about two weeks of school though, and I needed help catching up, which is why I requested to stay in it. My mom feels that only "retards and complete idiots" stay in it, so she was furious to hear that I wanted to stay in it. My brother has been in it for his whole time in high school, and she rarely yells at him, in fact, she does nothing to him really. Whenever anything is wrong, I'm usually turned to and yelled at for it. I told her to get out of my room as she began stomping and shouting as loud as she could since she wanted my brother's friend to hear everything so that I'd feel bad. She left for a minute, but then flew back in and started yelling in my face about how I should look at myself and see how crazy I am acting. I told her that she just went crazy and nearly broke the Wii and everything in her path in the TV room, and she began yelling over me. She then shoved me onto the bed, started hitting me and spat in my face. I told her to stop spitting on me, and oops, to be funny she spat as hard as she could in my eyes. I pushed her back as she kept spitting and told her to get out of my room, and I came upstairs to get away from her.
This computer doesn't work well at all since my brother got so many viruses on it, so I may or may not be able to get on AIM. She threatened me though that for the rest of the year, I will not have a computer to use, I won't have video games, I won't have a TV, I won't be able to talk with friends, I won't be able to do anything besides school. I have no idea what to do right now, but she has been doing crazy things like this for years now and I find it insane.

Even though we never really got to know each other I feel really bad for you. I hope you get all of this straightened (sp?) out soon. Good luck Delmore, you WILL need it.

She walked up and seems calm, except now after seeing her act like that over nothing, I have no idea what to do. People who I know at school say to call the police if she acts up like this, but I don't think that would accomplish anything. I guess I'm just going to have to act like nothing happened today, since she always does this every once in awhile and it usually blows over and she forgets everything.

Ick.

It sound’s similar to the stories I hear from my mother about her mom. She’d beat my mom and her sisters with a wire hanger if I’m not mistaking.

If she does this again I'd go to the cops.

It sounded horrible.

It's that I have no idea what I would even tell them. If they came over, she would probably calm down for them and then flip on me as soon as they left.

Oh right, forgot to say I had the headset so you heard everything until she came into the room.

Wow, that really sucks. Your problems are 100 times worse than mine. Try to talk with her. I know from what you've said it's probably going to be hard, but say something like "Calm down for a second. Look, this is how I feel..." That probably won't be any help for you considering her actions but me saying something like that would've probably saved me from being put into the system.

Whatever you do, even if you want to leave home, try to live with a relative. Because once you're in the system, it's nearly impossible to get out. Oh, and group homes/foster homes are probably worse than you think (although I'm used to it).

...Wow, none of that made sense at all. Try to read the second paragraph at least.

She spit in his face, physically pushes him, and broke his Wii. I’d rather have finical debt and health problems than live with someone who try’s to smash my self-esteem like that.

My other doesn't act this way. What you should do is push her over slap her in the face and yell at her to calm down. If she doesn't, tie her to a chair and call the police to have her put in a insane asylam. Because if this would be my mom, I would have turned so angry, I would have turned into a demon!

Wii works apparently. That thing can actually withstand falls pretty well.

And Wart, I'm not trying to stoop to her level.
