Thats just insane... WAY TOO INSANE.

I'm going to see what I think of that might help. I'm living in a similar situation myself, although not as bad as having parents spitting on me for no apparent reason! Geeze, I really do feel sorry for you.

Dude, all these threats your mother throws at you.... its all propaganda in way. She probably doesn't want the truth getting out, so she either threatens you by taking away everything from you as punishment for being innocent OR if you try to ask tough questions, she'll go and tell a story about how hard it was for her and how you've had it ' lovely ' and that you were never short of anything and that you should stop complaining! ( The latter has actually happened to me on more than one occasion! Its called a SHAMING Tactic for good reason! )

She is trying to manipulate you into a position where you have no power. The idea of not being allowed to do anything except school, school, school is illogical, impossible and probably counts as child abuse as well.

Unfortunately ( and I've read this plenty of times from various sources ) women hold a lot of power in modern society. As a male, your view will seemingly be dis - regarded for hers, even if she's lying! If you lay even a FINGER on her, she can literally report YOU for abuse! Its a doubled - edged sword, she can beat you to a pulp ( or in one case, a mother COOKED her baby in a microwave and has seemingly got away with it! ) but you can't touch her as you could be prosecuted for ' abuse ' .

I know this isn't the best thing to be hearing at this time, sorry about that. I just thought I'd give you some truths I've learned over the past few months. ( I really need to hurry up with that post I'm planning in which I detail it further )

My advice, talk to your friends about it, talk to consulars in school, talk to ANYONE. Don't let her shaming tactics get to you. You need to open up to someone and you'll immediately divide the problem in half.

Ugh, your mother seems very upset over something else other than you, Delmore. If I were a mother who highly loved my children, I would never, EVER hurt them for no cause whatsoever. Your mother loves you very much, but her emotional state is so low that she thinks everything around her is the problem.

You're moving, right? Move somewhere where you will be safe. Your mother needs to resolve her issues on her own. If she were to keep treating you as a "beat-up puppet" to all her problems, she would never stop because she has made it her own cruel obsession; her state of mind is obviously distorted. She will blame no one else but you for "causing" all her problems because her state of mind will cause her to point at anything. Her self-esteem has hit rock-bottom. (Don't feel bad, though. You aren't the problem.) Hopefully, things will turn out alright. Hope for the best, man. D:

Tying her up is still a good idea though.

I really don't think you should have children if you're just going to use them as punching bags. But it's worse that she only does it to you and not your brother. Taking your anger out on your kids is wrong, cruel, and...wrong.
