Sprite Competition #96 - TOP 5 VOTING TIME!

Well, it's not done, but I'm probably not going to really have time to add anymore, since I'm busy with my Minigame Comp entry. We'll see what happens over the next two days, but most likely this is my final entry.

Pretty good entries. Looks like I'm gonna drop out, I had internet problems, having fun in my holiday so I missed out.

5 minute joke entry. If its legal throw it in anyway. lawl.

Actually, I don't know why I said that.

I was not lying, but I forgot some rather obvious things. I did make sprites before that - but the thing is, they weren't proper sprites (I paid no attention to color limits and stuff like that), and I was making them for experimental Game Maker games. I also made one or two object sprites for that minigame I made, but all I can remember making from there is the cake on the table that makes Wario fat, and I didn't consider that that counted when I said this was my first spriting attempt. I never sprited for the sake of spriting before this comp, however, and I never tried to follow any rules of spriting before this either. Also, I never made any sprites from a reference before this, or any Mario sprites (unless the one(s) from that minigame are counted).

Anyway, I darkened/changed the shading a bit, made a few minor changes to the original sprite, and added another pose. I plan to make at least a third pose as well.

Did you misunderstand me? I think that is pretty awsome for a first sprite which why I said that it can't be a first.

Technically the Top 5 voting shouldn't start until tomorrow at the same time of day as it was when Spritanium made the first post in this topic (which in my time zone was 10:05 AM).
