Problem with Wii, 2 actually, Need help

I don't know if this is fixible easily or I need it fixed up somewhere, but here are my problems:

1: Screen Glitchy
Whenever I play the Wii, my TV starts to get slightly glitchy. There are many lines that look like TV glitches, espaccially noticable when playing games that have dark backgrounds. If this sounds familier, I could use some help.

2: Cursor Problems
Ok, this just started happening a second ago. When I started up the Wii, all was well. Then I started playing Wii sports, and I realized, something was wrong. The cursor started to show up in 2 places, one where I wanted it, one where it was a little down and to the right. After a while, everything with a cursor started doing it.
Note: It is NOT the Wii remote, since I have two, and I tried it with both, each having the same problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I feel like an idiot now for the second one. I should have thought of that.

As for 1, i'm not sure. The Wii was working fine on my TV when I first got it, the glitchiness started happening later. I'll try anyway.
