Not too good.
I'd decline it.

This was declined due to lack of use.

It's all fine and dandy having a 100 frame transforming animation, but "Mega Mario" only has two walking frames... and is ugly.

Could use some shading too.

It needs no shading, this is the Yoshis Cookie style.

these sprites go over the 8-Bit rule anyway

also not really that good, if you added more animations to the big Mario it would help a little bit

Yoshi's cookie SNES had shading.
Yoshi's Cookie NES had less colours.
Yoshi's Cookie GameBoy was in greyscale.

These sprites fit into neither category so it would either have to be downgraded in colour or shading needs to be added. Pyjama Boy's sheets work because they're too small to notice any shading, but a huge sprite just looks ugly. They also had more content which bypassed this.
