DBZ Budokai Tenkiaichi 2, What's the data center do?

For anyone who has DBZ Budokai Tenkiaichi 2 for the wii, do you know what the data center does? It says you can create custom fighters, but they give no explenation of it, and what are these passwords your supposed to put in? Can anyone help me out?

Its a great game on the PS2, but SS4J Gogeta is broken.

Man, I beaty the entire game, took while, since there's so many sagas, my best character, with and without evolution Z is SS4 Gogeta. The only two people I don't have is grandpa Gohan and kid Goku, I know this because I faced both of them.

This code thing is made for unlockable stuff that was made specifically for the Wiiversion.
It is there, because they didn't care to make those characters unlockable during gameplay.

From what I've heard, the European and Japanese players can unlock 5 new characters, including Prince Pilaf, Cyborg Tao Bai Bai and two members of the old Ginyu Force-ish group and another stage.

I've already seen videos with that material, so the only thing I'm not sure about is the region locked thing. So maybe, if you're lucky, you'll get those characters in the US Version too.

Does it have multiplayer?

And, yes: it is multiplayer. you play split screen, since every player has his own view.

What good is a fighting game without multiplayer?

I don't know, botttom line: All fighting games have multiplayer.

Actually, the codes are so you can share your evolution Z characters.

Trying to beat all the stages on difficulty 3 currently

Did you know that if you beat the seemingly impossible missions on the 3 main sagas, witch are, fighting Raditzs with picolo for the first time, fighting Dodoria for the first time, and fighting Gohan using goten, if you actually beat these, you get these cool-what if? Sagas. It's pretty cool because it's like if something different happened in those battles. If you beat Raditz, you get, "What If Raditz had amnesia?"If you beat Dodoria, you get "What If Zarbon Betrayed Frieza?" If you defeat Gohan, you get "What if Vegeta didn't knock Goku unconsios?" These dagas are needed for 100% and You can get the great-Ape from beating one of them.

Yeah the s4's are way too powerful.

It's funny after you go through Evolution Z mode. No opponent can stand in your way.
