What Are Some Dumb Things Nintendo Has Done?, Sorry OSM...

Only things that Paper Mario 2 didn't beat Super Mario RPG with were the fact you could only have one partner up at a time, and not all the moves could be increased in power just before being performed. There's a lot of text I agree, but considering it starts with a book opening, the characters are made of paper, and the first game in Japan was called "Mario Story", what do you expect?

Nintendo made a mistake in releasing the Mario Parties. It was good on the 64 but now it's kinda dropping.

Mario Party 6 is awesome.

That's because it introduced the mic and brought back Night and Day from Mario Party 2's Horror Land.

I hate the microphone games (except for the first few times I played them).

And something like this makes the game worse...why?

PM:TtYD was a sequel, as in it should have had a connection to the original, and there was obviously enough new things added to the formula to keep people playing it. And if you consider that to be the same game as PM with different text and jokes, care to explain what you thought of Super Mario Sunshine?

Anyone who says any Mario RPG is bad must be from another planet, because their logic is opposite to normal human. And btw, Super Mario RPG on SNES is definitely my least favorite one.

And that's why I'm NEVER going to play that game.

Dunno if it was mentioned (haven't read the whole thread), but completely missing the online gaming boat during the sixth generation and being total newbies by the time they worked it into the DS and Wii.

I think all Mario sports game are garbage. ( personally because I dont like sports) because Mario is Saving princess, defeating bowser and goomba stomping action (lol)

But Mario Power Tennis is Awesome.

I like some of the sports games. I actually like M&L and PM better than SMRPG. Actually, I really didn't like it all that much to be honest. I also don't mind Rare being with Microsoft other than the whole DK issue. Most things I can think of right bow have already been said.

While the CD-i games were...well you know...they never harmed Nintendo's reputation really AND they're ****ing hilarious to watch so no real harm done.

You're right. Super Mario RPG forced you to level-grind so that you could beat that cheap ******* Yardovich -- ****, you can't leave town! You have to start the game over!

Yeah, Paper Mario 2 was totally the same game as the first. I mean, it's not like it's a sequel or anything.

So Mario isn't made for RPG's, but the first game is still okay because it's magic.

Oh man He almost killed me the last time I played (which was less than a year ago)

That's my only complaint about the game though.

I hated that game because it was just sloppy as hell. There was nothing about that game that I liked.

Yeah, it was pretty sloppy, but I guess that's why I liked it.

The charades bits where so cheesy, they actually made me laugh.
