VOSS was an account that signed up immediately after 天才2 was suspended for three months. He claimed to be 天才2's brother, and a suspiciously large number of his posts involved his brother (including multiple pleas to unban him). He was instantly suspected of being a dupe. I had originally planned to issue this suspension immediately upon his return (or at least add it to his then-current ban), but relented to see if the VOSS account would continue posting after 天才2's return. VOSS (who was fairly active for that three-month period), as predicted, quite posting almost immediately after 天才2's suspension ended. I don't see this being a coincidence.
