I am making a legend of zelda game. Does anybody know some useful gml. If so tell me where to put it.

like swords and weapons and rupees.

If you can't make a simple sword slash and rupees, then theres no way you'll be able to program all the rest of the puzzles and items you'll need.

But anway, instead of using GML, you could just use variables and the "if there is an object at a position" command to do it easily.

I know how to do that but I need more complicated stuff.Like keys and tresures. Also rooms.

I have got him to go 8 directions, go through thoose logs (like in the woods ith the master sword LTTP), and got the collisions with blocks.
