Need Sprite Edit

Well, I'm working on a mario game.
And on the world map I thought it was too plain and exactly the same as everybody's world map.
So I thought of making it better kind of like a RPG thingy in which you go around cities and stuff and at the same time be like original world maps that you pick a level and go into these 2D levels.
So what I need is some poses of this kind of mario http://www.mfgg.net/index.php?act=resdb¶m=02&c=1&id=5675 walking down is already there what I need is walk up,right,left and climbing.
if possible 16 of width and height no bigger than 20 or 24.
...If anybody helps, I dont know how to pay the favor back, so you tell me what I could do for you.

I'm not too sure if you would like this or not...

Any suggestions on how to improve it? It is 14 pixels wide, 16 high. I think that it needs a better second frame.
I used sprite sheets from Racoon Sam and Alan Douglas Cordeiro as references. I tried to make it not look like an in level mario sprite.

No, but really, it's pretty bad.

Have any suggestions? I'm thinking of a way to improve it. I'm kind of new to spriting.

Yea you should fix it, but its a good start tho.
You could use the mario world map sprites, it has...Wait a minute, I can use the mario world map sprites, it has four directions and climbing xD oh man I'm so stupid.
But I'll need some edits tho, I'll need hammer mario in SMW map style.

the walking poses and climbing pose for a hammer mario, the one that throws hammers you know? o_0
Sorry, but yea this way its more simple for both of us.

Small
Big
Fire
Hammer
all of them are there exept hammer.
I plan on making more but I dont want to make you work that much xD
