oh yes, and Charmander learns "Metal*Claw!"
if you train it enough before the pewter gym, it'll learn that attack and it's super effective on rock types. wheeeee!

If i would've known that steel is effective against rock i wouldnt've spent half of the time training the b******s...i had to rely on butterfree's confusion attack

and where the hell did you get nidoran? I can't seem to find the right grass patch.

they're in both games. I know that for sure.

Anyways my team so far

level 19 magikarp (YEP I BAUGHT A MAGIKARP *rasberry*)
Level 18 traded pikachu (i traded him from my emulator file that i had on my flash cart)
Level
Level 21 Pidgiotto
Level 22 Butterfree
Level 24 Charmelion (Starter!)
Level 25 Ivysaur (Also traded from my emulator file...now all i need is squirtle)

EDIT: and they appear on my pokedex as being in this game..dunno where though cause that map is horribly small giving you no actual idea where exactly they are. I THINK they are right before you enter the first cave.

And this leaf green cartridge looks like green apple candy. I wanna freakin eat it O.o

Played another 10 hours today.

I slapped Geemer in daycare, so my team is as follows:

Meowth, "Kamek" - Level 28 (I refuse to evolve him)
Weepinbell, "Audrey II" - Level 27
Diglett, "Resetti" - Level 21
Paras, "Paraskarry" - level 15. sorry little dude, but when I catch a Haunter, you're going to the PC.
Pidgeotto, "Mr. Poppo - level 25
Wartortle, "Filburt" - level 32

Currently standing in front of the daycare. Geemer has grown 11 levels since I put him in there, so he's like 20-something now I think. Have three badges now, about to get the silph scope and whatnot, and already beat Gary in the Tower.
