My friend was trying to register a new account here, and he was stopped by this message:

I wouldn't like to see new member approval end up like the file queue on the site sometimes. I'd offer for the job if my personal standards weren't peeked to a point to high. (anyone that uses chat or IM-speak would be on my "go away list")
I'd suggest that the member trying to sign up holds a conversation with a person for an allowed time without sparking complete rage. (and showing the use of the gray matter in there skull)

Because a bunch of dupes were being made a week or two ago by Bowserman, since he wanted to show off how awesome he was by breaking rules right away with them. Doing this will help prevent duplicate accounts from being made.
