Nice. Though I'm steadily getting more worried at the rising stack of reasons to purchase a 360.

EDIT: Fun fact: DMC4 is also heading to PC. So that's a strike against both consoles in my book, unless the PC version ends up being horrible or requiring too much power.

So I've come to the conclusion that buying a Wii and 360 is basically all you're going to need this generation.

But I really need to get a 360.

I played the PC version of DMC3 and I thought it was crap compared to the PS2 version. Didn't really help that it didn't like my 360 controller either. :P

from what i understand the PC port of RE4 wasn't too hot either

MGS4 might come to 360 in the inevitable remake that will follow it like all the other MGS games.

Sakaguchi already spoke about this, citing that while he believes Final Fantasy should be moving to the 360, his opinion really doesn't matter anymore. It's going to take another good one or two years before Square jumps ship to Microsoft, they need to be sure it's the clear winner in the states, because it's an utter failure in Japan (where the audience for Final Fantasy is not as great as say, Dragon Quest)

That said a lot of developers that were long time allies of Sony throughout the past decade have already chosen to jump ship, chosing to develop for the cheaper Wii platform; and putting their bigger budget titles on the 360 because it's actually selling in the UK and the US. The difference maker really is going to be Japan, will a few more RPG exclusives get Microsoft's console to beat out the PS3 in Japan? It doesn't seem very likely, Blue Dragon kicked off the first impressive Xbox 360 sales in Japan, and those seem to have already dropped off.

I would love to see MGS4 come to the 360. Personally at htis point it would really e the only reason I would want a PS3 in the first place, but I'm not so sure it will happen in the end really, or at least not for a long while. Don't ask me why but I just don't see it happening in the near future after its launch if at all. If it does then hey, I'll be greatly suprised and ultimatly happy so its win win

MGS2 was also put on Xbox so it's definately a possibility.
