This is Metroid: Bounty! I confess, it has no real plot yet, but what it lacks in plot, it MORE than makes up for with a very robust engine and unique gameplay!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: I just got the morph ball and high jump boots. Now what?
A: Go back up to the room before the room where you learned how to scan.

Q: There's a beam upgrade over the main passage in this tunnel and I can't get to it!
A: Try shooting wildly all over the place.

Q: I just got the space jump, now what?
A: Go get the screw attack. Go back a room and take the upper door.

Q: I got to the bottom of a long vertical tunnel with a bunch of Rippers, and there's a balance scale type thing. How do I work it?
A: Get the Grapple Beam. It's not hidden particularly well or anything.

Q: HOW DO I KILL THIS GIANT METROID?!
A: Try scanning the environment. Think hard about it for a moment.
BIG HINT: Try shooting something OTHER than the metroid.

Very nice. A few pointers tho.

1) The AnnihilationBeam keeps respawning.
2) Why does Samus have that shine around her all the time?
3) The effects for charge beam and screw attack are really spiffy, but is it nessecary for them to take up half of the screen?

Nontheless it's a really good engine, I enjoyed it. :]

This is closely to being the BEST Metroid engine I've ever seen.
(Includes Nintendo's Metroid games)

Only problem I have is the platforms that move up and down. I slipped through them. And the glitch in the title screen is funny too.
Also, after I got the space jump power-up, I wasn't able to space jump.

But if those are fixed, I'm sure that this is the BEST Metroid engine ever.

It's awesome, and i still don't even played. But it's because we need more Metroid fangames. My cousin like Metroid and keep conplaining that there isn't too many Metroid fangames than Mario or Sonic.

Because he's able to play it.

Certain effects look like that they are default GM particle effects. And while starting the game, it shows the default GM loading progress bar.

Alright I played and beat the demo and this game is better than the original metroid games. Very well done.
