PK, he really wasn't saying it in any way different than you did, the reason people are saying these things to you is because of you saying things like "you should pursuse it exactly like that, it's cute, Mario-like, and to the point."

You can't read that sentence and tell me it doesn't sound like you're commanding someone to do something. :P It'd be like me walking up to you and going "Hey PK, change into a red shirt right now, you should change into a red shirt and no other color but red because red is the coolest color ever."

See what I meant? :P

Anyway, I'm kind of curious about what the Submission CP would look like.

Well you're the submitters. You in particular, toting your super submitter badge. What would you WANT to see in a submission CP?

Well, for one thing, I'd like to see the same sort of organization as in the new Submit-It page.

Other than that, no clue really. =o

I said "you should pursue" like "I strongly suggest."

And it IS cute and Mario and to the point :P

But the point is that it's your opinion and the way you word things sometimes makes it sound like you're commanding someone to do something.

If you want people to stop giving you so much grief, seriously consider changing the way you word things.

It's like the shirt example, saying "I like red shirts" doesn't sound as jerkwadish as saying "Everyone should wear red shirts".

Completed rebuliding the Resource Database portion (It's still in the relatively unaltered standard skin, something that will again be readdressed at a later point).

There aren't any huge changes at this point, but it IS working again. Most notably, I tried structuring the review pages a little to make them easier to read, and clear up the common ambiguity of who wrote the review, and who made the game that's being reviewed.

The next thing to get fixed is the Search, and then the control panel for updating submissions will be done, and once that's done, ordering submissions by last update will actually have some function.

What did you change in the reviews? I dont see anything different. (Though I guess that's a good thing for me at first )

EDIT: Oh the pros and cons. How does one prompt the use of the lines?

Actually if you'll notice, the text for general/pros/cons/overall was aligned to the right. Also, where it says Game Reviewed at the top, it now lists 'Game By', to remove the ambiguity originally caused by 'by'.

And to use multiple lines, just use multiple lines when you write it in the text box. Most people did this allready.

This is sort of a nitpick but couldn't the User CP be more like the new Submit page? The way it is layed out currently has always bothered me.
