Sturm: Creating a spam topic in Fangame Discussion that appears to be for a fangame but in reality links to that overused YOU ARE AN IDIOT! Flash page. Two hours.

Frankyboy5: Posted a topic called "I hope Glacko gets banned!" after he reported Glacko's Aki Hoshino post. I'm not a big fan of the Hoshino stuff, either, but in this case he wasn't actually spamming; even if he had been, there's no reason to create a topic like this. Twelve hour suspension.

(I had initially decided not to punish Frankyboy5 for this and just locked the topic, but in retrospect I think a brief suspension is in order.)

Twilightpower: Creating a topic calling Frankyboy5 an "attention w****" because of his "I hope Glacko gets banned!" topic. Frankyboy5 was wrong for creating that topic, but Twilightpower was wrong for creating this one. Twelve hours.

fat cat: Two days for spamming in a Help! topic ("your mom" in regard to a question about audio in Flash). Two days is a bit of a harsh punishment for minor spam, maybe, but this user has received three prior suspensions just this month (one of which was also for spamming a Help! topic).

Stafyfanboy: Delmore dupe. So much for "being done with" MFGG.

Citizen #1704: Two month bump. Two days.

Dimentio: Indefinite suspension. In response to a comment made by Luminous_Reaver which read "Your story is wrong," Dimentio replied, "Your dick is wrong." I'm sure he'll whine and complain about how it was "JUST A JOKE!" and "IT'S THE PPP!" and "DICK ISN'T FILTERED!," but its being a "joke" and being in the PPP don't excuse it. Dick may not be in the swear filter (and in fact I use it quite frequently myself), but I think it's banworthy in this context.

I'm also sure he'll say that I'm just trying to "attack" him and that each time he returns I ban him almost immediately. The second part is actually true, but it's because he typically breaks the rules again within twenty four hours of returning from his previous ban. I don't have a vendetta against him; he's just always doing things to get himself banned.

I'm placing this user on indefinite suspension until I can figure out what I want to do with him. He will likely be permabanned, but until I decide for sure, I'm going to make certain this user can't cause problems. This user has amassed an outrageous collection of warns during his month stay here and seems unlikely to change.

UPDATE

After giving it a bit of thought, I've decided to permaban this user. He shows no desire to change, and worse, he seems to not believe he needs to change. Seven suspensions in a month is just pitiful, and I'm confident this member has nothing to offer our community other than the brass, careless style of posting that has landed him in trouble so often this month.

icewater mario: Linked to a rom site. He didn't see to know that it was illegal, so I'm only giving him two hours. Be more careful with what you post.

fat cat: Posting a link to a serials site. Six days. Come back when you're not stupid.
