Let's get dangerous. Obviously not an Australian user, but I know by way of the millions of complaints that I've read that the 'issue' has long since been resolved, and is no longer possible to use

Oh and the follow up question: "Well what if I skipped the update?" You can't get onto WiiConnect24 without receiving it, so no virtual console games for you. The only way you could have gotten them was if you were on top of things before that fix, which happened mere days after the launch
