My first sprites ever..., Pleeease go easy on me?

I'm really shy to post these... I know they're not very good, but it's my first attempt ever, and I don't really know how to sprite... Anyway... It's mostly just a practice... Maybe an enemy concept for a game project... I'm not anywhere close to done with all of the poses, and I don't know how to animate anything, though... I'd like to learn sometime. So, C+C, please... Don't be too harsh... EDIT: The blue thing in the second one... I actually forgot where I was going with that. Ignore it, plz. Lol, I tried spriting for my first time tonight. I got near the end and hated how it looked so I deleted it. ~_~

Mug in Kirby Advanced style ._.

I THOUGHT it was going to be really simple considering his shape and everything, but I basically had no idea what I was doing.

I'm going to try again soon and shade it my own way.
