No, I meant I was drawing a new style of piranha plant. This comp just reminds me of that.

You've seen how nintendo has been messing with wario's looks. And it's interesting, the way it both maintains and affects his character. Well, I wanna see you guys do THAT.

Redesign Mario, Luigi, Wario, and if you really want to count him in, Waluigi. This can be under pretty much any context. Perhaps, you want to make them fit into zelda, or kirby or metroid. Maybe, you wanna make them futuristic or from the past. Perhaps you're going for a more 80's, 70's, 40's look. PERHAPS you want to imagine what they'd be like today if their first game had been "Donkey hogan's Alley.

Maybe make em evil, make em good. Whatever. Do something with their colors, their clothing, the style they're drawn in, their proportions. Design them for a world other then their own, OR, give them different roles in the mushroom world. What if they were minions of bowser, helping him fight some OTHER kind of hero?

Have fun with this - put your interests into it. But, make SURE we can still tell who they are - don't draw mario and say it's wario. Unless... you're a really abstract artist.

This ends... what, April 19th?

DEAR GOD! I actually was thinking about this the other day...I'm so IN! Though the design I had in mind was nothing drastic...just a little streamlining and cutsie additions...I'll enter but I'm just having fun...doubt I will win...fun fun though
