They can be, but they haven't been. They've apparently made it available as a feature but no one's used it or plans to do so.

We Europeans pay 670 euros (at least in Finland) from it, which is nearly 800 dollars.

Brits pay 425 pounds, which is over 800 euros; which is over 900 dollars.

If the value courses go like this:
1 pound = 1.75 euros
1 euro = 1.18 dollars
