Little badges‽, What are they‽

Who wants a body massage? I've been wondering what these are. Could someone tell me? --------------------

They are Paper Mario themed because Paper Mario s the only Mario game with a badge system.(Technically, Mario and Luigi have badges but they are small and all look the same.) -------------------- I got myself a Youtube account.
