Basically, any Pokemon that is able to breed can breed with another Pkmn in that group. You can look up egg groups at Serebii and Gamefaqs. They are all that limits which Pkmn can breed with which. Remember, the egg is of the female Pkmn you bred with. And it is also the female who must hold the everstone. It is not guaranteed that the egg will have the same nature. Just an increase in chance. That guide doesn't even mention that the number of steps is what causes the egg to be laid, so I don't know how trustworthy it is.

He's not asking how to find a pokemon to breed with. He's asking how to find a pokemon that will lay eggs QUICKLY with this certain other pokemon.
