nope i don't need help.. i needa program how too edit flash files.. can someone help me out?

You can't really "edit" SWF files per-se, although there are decompilers to look at things and snatch up sounds.

To make FLA files (and later compile them to Flash) you really need Flash itself, and unfortunately it's not cheap. To see if you're interested, looks for a 30-day trial, there should be one somewhere on Macromedia's site for the tune of 60mb.

thx.. so im downloading MX now, could i rip sounds from an swf with that program?

No, that allows you to MAKE movies.

There's a program called SoThink SWF Decompiler, which allows sound ripping. Be warned though, a good deal of flash movies use a "streamsound" which is just one long sound synched to the animation.
