Pixls don't have traditional Paper Mario shading and outlines in SPM, so I suppose they wouldn't have the outline and stuff in M&L, either. However, they wouldn't really look like M&L without that outline, so you might want to add it anyhow.

Tippi's Colors are lighter...

Infact, ALL of them have light colors...

Oh, and a WIP is the steps you take to make a sprite. So for me I start with the outline.
