I would say Flimm the Sales Freak but I don't think there are any sprites of him yet.

But at the part where there are a bunch of green Parakoopas and some vines, I died and suddenly for every vine starting point there was a Mario, and they all died and I ended up with negative lives. And some of the Goombas in the bubbles fell off screen and I was stuck and couldn't pass. And having Bubs appear at almost every 10th floor would be alot more convenient then him randomly appearing, because I frequently see him on the second floor, when I have almost no coins/full powerups. But it's otherwise turning out very promising. Can't wait to spend those Rubees. --------------------

Those are magikoopas that sometimes take ages to appear.
