So, after over six months, Super Mario Classic: Return is ready for release. It's also ready for NCFC. In case you ever wondered how far it was along between bumps, the answer was always staring you in the face. You want to know where my booth is? Oh you silly people. Falcon Punch is the result of the Sun heating fists. It drives the Blue Falcon. Heating causes destruction of water into the pain, where it then hurts, creating rain. Rain creates flowing water in tears, which can then be converted into other forms through more pain.

Perhaps, but with a health system, the timed powerup idea isn't so odd. Of course, the Star being timed is pretty much required (being invincible through the whole level is no fun at all). But the other powerups, you could be right. I'll have to ponder them. Right now I've really only thought out three of them.

- The light beams are much harder to control than in the last game, but much less glitchy except for the fact that Mario tends to go so fast he gets stuck in the ground. Real problem there, not sure how to fix it.
- I am planning on switching to MLSS sprites because they're a little more... confined and less prone to those errors than the really stretchy PiT sprites. The walking animation, you'll notice, is EXTREMELY stretched out.
- Yes. It is the result of fixing that "jump on two enemies and you get hurt" glitch. There's a delayed jump, so it is very probable Mario is hitting the shell right afterwards.
- ML death animations are hard to come by, since they typically just blow up.
- It could be a problem on your end. Or perhaps the music is just too loud. I'll probably add an in-game volume option or something. Thanks for the compliment on the castle music, though.
-It is a similar issue of the Koopa incident, yes. I've noticed that myself. The boss is supposed to have five HP. It's also because sometimes the boss is still going up, and Mario probably isn't bouncing off fast enough. And no, it's fireworks. I'm going to have to fix that up...

Yeah, he does go a little fast. I think they're a good width though. I'll either slow Mario down or widen them, or both.
And I think his traction is just fine, but that's just me.
