My computer has this problem for, like, years, and i still don't solved it.

Everytime i try to listen a MIDI, randomly one of these four things happen:

1- The MIDI don't play, at all.

2- The MIDI plays, but some notes/instruments get all screwed up and they continue playing even if i close the player.

3- The SW synthesizer (of the volume control) gets very low, without i even move it. And it keeps going low again every time i opens the music.

4- If i'm playing a game or a program that it's using MIDIs, i can listen them perfectly. However, sometimes this don't work for MMF/GM games. SOMETIMES!...

I'm almost sure that the problem is with SynthCore, because sometimes i get an error with SynCor.exe. But this problem is so old that i'm not sure anymore, and i'm not getting this error anymore. But the problems are still there.

Could someone help me?!?!

I found out that the driver is called MPU-401 Compatible MIDI Device.

Does that help any way?
