Misdiagnoses happen. And he's the one who chose to pull the "eat, drink, and be merry" crap. If he hadn't done that, the misdiagnosis wouldn't have ended badly for him at all.

However, the stupid thing he did was actually SUE the NHS, which I don't even need to explain why it is a stupid move. It's definitely not going to go far at all. He should've just started to find out the first step in trying to reverse the financial problem he put himself into.

The thing is, they might have caused him some trouble, like the mental anxiety he would have had from thinking he was going to die soon, but he was the one who did the big spending thing, on his own initiative. The NHS can't be blamed for his lack of temperance. The way he see it, it's his own damn fault that he's in this predicament, for that reason.

I bet he has his eye on the big cash the medical industry has....
