A computer store might have one in stock. If not, just check wacom.com's online store. If I could recommend one, I'd suggest a small intuos3 wacom. It's pretty comfortable and easy to use, though it's a tad on the expensive side (approx. $250).

At that fact, not all wacoms are cheap. Keep that in mind.

hell he could probably get away with a graphire4 4x5 which is $100
