Paper Yoshi Egg Hunt WIP, For Minigame Comp #26

This is my game so far for Minigame Competition Number 26.
Paper Yoshi: Egg Hunt
Move with arrows.
Credit to RetriverII for the sprites and Raccon Sam for the walking animation.

Yes, I know he doesn't have a tounge, in the game he won't need one. And you don't need to tell me that you have played the game, I believe you anyway.

This is a cool game!

There aren't any eggs to find in the game yet, are there?

Now that's cool.

Just increase the room's speed, the framerate seems a little low.

And you should make it so when Yoshi turns, he flips, like in the actual Paper Mario games. All you have to do is have a custom variable that sets to 1 when he moves right, and -1 when he moves left. Now on step, if the variable is equal to 1 AND image_xscale is smaller then 1, set the image_xscale relative to something like 0.2. Repeat for -1.

No, there aren't any to find.

Thats what most of Alba'a posts look like, its translated from spanish, so don't be harsh...

Oh and I put Alba's spanish post through Google Translate, and it came out like this

"In Spanish: Jo I have played this game. But this Yoshi does not have language. "

So I guess GL sucks...

Well actually, Raccoon Sam did the animation.

The words language and tongue have an only traslation in Spanish.

En español: Lengua y lengua.

In English: Language and tongue.

Tongue and Language are written the same way in Finnish as well.

ON TOPIC: The engine is pretty simple, but works well.

Sorry, I meant to say that the animation in the game looks well done.

You know you could just post in English and don't even have to worry about using le espanol amigo.

I'm sorry to go off-topic again, but she was using Spanish in that post for a reason - showing that there's one word in Spanish that means both tongue and language.

I dont know what you guys mean...but there is a word for each one, tongue is lengua and language is lenguaje at least in my Spanish xD

It was actually pretty cool, too bad its only one room (or maybe there were more but I didnt know how to get to the other one xD)
