strange, i also got windows xp professional, but it works fine by me.
It seems to appear with some poeple, but not everyone.

changed the file again, hope it works now.
edit 2: i found the problem, it may hafe to do with the resulotion of your monitor being less or exactly 800x600. This is easy to fix.
