They're sub-species of ShyGuys, which does allow you to enter them as well.

Bandits (as well as Baseball Boys) are considered Shyguys, I'm pretty sure. I don't know about Snifits, but I doubt there's a problem with them being on a sheet in this comp either way.

Boo Guys are called Boo Guys in SMW2 if they're called anything. (They're called Boo Guys on the Mariopedia on TMK also, and when I saw them there, only the SMW2 ones were mentioned.) Also, I think Boo Guys sounds better myself.
