Very good job. One of the best entries yet, in fact.

The thing is, the walking animation looks incomplete. If I'm seeing it correctly, the Shyguy only lifts his left leg and moves it forward. When it's all the way forward, it seems to jump right back behind the right leg and start moving up and forward again; his right leg never seems to be lifted and moved forward.
