Also after looking at the box art I have my doubts about if it is real or not.

however, his hands just don't look right, but you won't see them up close like this in game anyway. Just because he got an update today doesn't mean he isn't unlokable.

Whats different between the Brawl boxart and the other boxarts shown in the link you gave us?

It has teh RP symbol meaning rating pending.
This isn't the final product and Sakurai probaly wants to surprise us.

Also FUn fact: Aniamal Crossing Wild Worlds first boxart shown didn't have the Wi-fi logo at all until the final boxart.
