Hahaha, no. The cape is a part of old school gaming history. just because you only know the knewer games doesnt mean they should ruin it for the old school gamers.

They are really making sure a lot of characters have projectiles.

Mario got another, Diddy's got one, Pit, Pokemon, and the Franklin Badge.

So its a normal attack(smash attack) so stop saying its not there(we even have a screenshot of it) or that its not an A attack.

My computer really screwed up the image when I saved it then. It was like a double JPEG.


I'm guessing when Skarmory appears and makes it a flying course, other flying types appear. I wounder if any get in the battle area and add to the fun?

I think that should be a grab instead. Luigi uses the 'gust to pull in enemies, then does his usual swing-and-letgo.

By that logic, Mario's Meteor Punch in Melee isn't an A attack because they actually made a big deal about that (and other meteors) in that game.

So Luigi's in?

Not to mention the game is one giant reference to the Mario Brothers anyway, so Luigi being kicked is tantamount to being sacrilegious.

I have NEVER needed to use the cape move EVER, in fact the only time it gets used is if I accidently use it instead of the other moved...

People honestly believe Luigi may not be in Brawl?

They are using Wario a lot because he is a humorous character. Casual SSB players would rather see Wario get hit by something rather than, say, Ike. Plus, he's recognizable. Wario Ware is a popular game. People will say- Oh, look! He's in this game! I love the game with him where you can put a granny's teeth in with the Wii-mote!-

The cape also helps slow your descent while jumping

in brawl, they should like...

let you hold the jump button (or tilt the control stick, whatever) while Mario is falling and let his cape slow his fall like in SMW ):
