Maybe she could act like an overpowered Lip Stick, that hits all opponents at the same time, just like Togepi's attack in Melee(but Togepi's one has some range).

Don't count a character or an item out just because of an item or character's presence in the game.

This is also not to say that said item or character WILL get in, but the point still stands, I suppose.
