Sakurai can magically fix lag?
Its people with crappy connections/hardware, spyware infested computers and a inability to turn of bittorrent when gaming online. Sakurai can't fix those.

Playing network games over large distances with little to no lag, is not very easy to do either.

The reason he talks about lag in such a fashion is just him playing safe cards.

I knew the game was gonna have wifi I love the fact that they at least let you message eachother this time. Umm...

Stop *****ing. The friend code argument is old as dirt now.

A function exists where you can play with people without friend codes. Friend codes make it so that you can match up with specific people

ie, your friends

ie, the point

And features are disabled for that vs. world function for obvious safeguard reasons. Because though not everyone is 9 years old, many 9 year old kids do play the wii.

They could disable all communications period. Or no wifi at all.

Long story short, the REST of US have been waiting for this a long time. If you don't like it, well that's too bad.
