Well It's a recoluor of a goomba to make a Paper Mario goomba. The happy eyes are for the audience in Paper Mario 2.

The Goomba recolour is pointless seeing as the recoloured body and feet aqren't even shaded and Count Bleck is horrible as well. Quick tips if you haven't got the message already; remove the non-Mario elements like Sonic and Kirby, remove the crappy two-second recolours and minor edits and actually spend some time to fix the rest up. The stuff you've got left, while not awful, could be better. They are not edits and yes sonic looks crappy but know I'm taking much more time into making my M&L Sprites. It's a pretty old sheet.

Most of the white in the sprites is the same white as the background.

You mean like my M&L Autobomb? Since it's edited from several other sheets + custom wheels.
