Blades of Glory, Movie Munchie #6|84

The long lost munchie. Blades of Glory is the latest in a series of sports movies for Will Ferrell. So far he's managed to be funny in all of them and this is no exception.
The story follows two rival skaters who end up becoming banned from the one sport they love so dear; Ice Skating. While this story has been done before, the skating really added an interesting concept on it and made it fresh. Ferrell and Heder show their on-screen chemistry and play very well of each other. This is the first time I can say that I was not at all disappointed in Heder. The time has finally come that he's dropped the Napoleon Dynamite act.
Throughout the story other great characters appear with every actor doing a fantastic job. The humor was fantastic and suited both main characters well. I can honestly say there was nothing completely wrong with this film. The ending was a bit flat and short but it worked I guess. The previews made this film look horrible, which it isn't. Go see it.
