What file types are allowed for the attachments? I can't attach .zip or .exe files, so what ones can I attach? If there is just a problem with my computer, where can I host my files? Because of this I can't put any of my games up.

I can attach both, zips and exes.

Try hosting your files somewhere else, like sendspace or rabidshare.
