Actually everything points to this being dead. The newest 'MFGG Kingdom 2 forum' has expired and the most recent alive one had its last post in 2008. The 'homepage' hasn't been touched since 2007 and same for the 'development blog'.

This looked so promising. I actually liked what you were doing, but I guess ya had to stop.

I'm pretty sure at least a few people would've loved to have seen this continue in some way, shape or form I guess. Most likely one of these paths could work out best for ya? :

a.) Take what ya did for the game so far and give it to another person to work on. Hopefully it'd be somebody with the skills to continue it and maintain the basic ideals you had for the thing itself. They can possibly work with other people in the forums here and make it all nice and shinier so it can be incredibly awesome. If ya want to let this continue, but not want to work on it any more, this choice is for you.

b.) Make a tutorial on how to make a basic online platforming game (an MMOPG perhaps? ) that people could make on MMF2/TGF/GM7/whatever the fish people use nowadays. Don't tell them everything, just enough to show them the basics, like getting multiple players on the same server, platforming stuffs and maybe even a enemy or two to keep players interested. This could open the doors to other series getting to possibly use this, like maybe a Zelda 2 MMOPG, a Wario Land MMOPG, or maybe even a retro MMOPG? With the right info, this choice can open up an entirely new sub-genre for games. :3

c.) Release what you've completed into a 'final' version for the players so they can enjoy what you've done. That way we can enjoy what you've done and be able to see exactly the world you created. That way it can still live on, in the form of the players who play it, but unless it has enemies to fight, i'm not sure if it'll hold much attention after so long. If you wish to just give players what they've been waiting for and let them enjoy the work you've done this whole entire time, well....yeah, then pick this choice.

d.) You may just decide not to release it or even continue it, but you could show us pics of ideas you have for it. You know, concepts, level ideas, battle ideas, ya get the idea. Show the people exactly what you wanted in, but never got to it or didn't like it at a later date in time. This choice is for if you just want the people to see what you had planned to add into it.


These are just a few choices you could take at this point if ya wish to. Ya may not even choice any of them but hey, it's your choice after all.

Well then, i'm off. Hope to see whatever else ya do in the future. :P
