What the... Apparently some people can't let kids, be kids. Court issue over noisy kids.

Partying college kids aren't supposed to be ugly, haven't they watched TV? Tell them to do it right next time. But yeah, I can see why that would be annoying. Little kids don't stay up as late as teens, so I've never had trouble sleeping because of them.

That's a FACT. I mean, yes, not all children are noisy, but most fit on the description. If it concerns you, then yes, you should do something about it. If it doesn't, put on some headphones. Seriously. --------------------

I regret not being a kid long enough. I screamed 'constantly for no reason' whenever I was outside up until like... two years ago when I stopped going outside for six hours every day. It's just a way to let out energy.

How does that apply at all in a case when the other people are impinging on you and wracking your nerves?

For the record, I did not scream and yell just for the fun of it when I was a little kid (there are way better things for a kid to occupy his time in doing :P ). So I'm not being a hypocrite here.
