Why Submiting a Review can be a Pain?

First when I typed up a review, I submit it. It says it isn't "oringinal". I recovered my data because, I got a feeling I will use it again. 2 days later, I decided to copy all of the things I wrote in it. If you're paying attention, it's the same one as the one that's not "oringinal". When I submit it, it is in the queue with no trouble. Are they putting the queue okay and the unoringinal message in random?

I meant why it does that? It just pops randomly without notice!

Same reason stuff doesn't always appear on the main site after it's been accepted.
