It's because it looks as if you just recreated official art.

You should make a more original pose.

But it is 100% custom. If a well known spriter did this you would be all giving compliments but when a not so well known one does they get accused of tracing, stealing, etc.

actually, we're saying you're tracing and etc because you ARE.

at least have a different pose on it
