The stuff on the left is what I used for reference, as well as my palette. For the shadow, make make it semi-transparent over whatever the floor is. I used that green as it was easier than working with black.

Edit: Tweaked the animation a tad. Oh, and:

Whoo! I stayed up way too late scrambling to finish this before the top five voting started. I would have made a couple ani-gifs to accompany it, but I'm too tired for that. I was going to give movement to the arms, but once the clock struck three I tossed that out.
