I like all 3 games. Sonic Advance because it has more memorability to its levels in my opinion (though that's probably partly because the levels' themes are recycled in Sonic Pinball Party), and it seems somewhat more like the Genesis games than the others. Sonic Advance 2 because it has a better Tiny Chao Garden than the first (and I recall it being easier to get rings for the garden in 2, though I'm not sure about that), and I like a lot of the music and boss battles (I think it probably had the most interesting really-final battle out of the Sonic Advance games). And Sonic Advance 3 because of music (especially the boss music for whatever reason), superior multiplayer, the addition of voices (Sonic games without voices are fine, but this was an interesting change after the first two Sonic Advance games that made 3 unique among them), and probably other things too.
Out of the three, I remember liking 2 the most, though I haven't played any of them in a while. The Tiny Chao Garden in 2 was a very big reason why I liked that game the best.
