I just got back from Transformers, IT WAS DAMN AWESOME!

i went at 8:00 and it got out at 10:30, 2 1/2 hours. I enjoyed most of it, but there was this group of annoying assholes who wouldn't shut the hell up. they just kept screaming, "HOLY ****! KICK HIS ASS!" and " OH ****!"

they were so damn annoying and they ruined my night, but overall, anyone who wants to see it totally should.

Saw it tonight to...

not really good, but better than expected.

yeah, funny as hell when bumblebee pissed on the FBI Agent...

and i might get the soundtrack and check out the games

I thought it was a great movie but they could have had a little bit less humor. I pay ten bucks to see two-and-a-half hours of **** blowing up, not a sitcom. Otherwise, I'm glad I saw it last night.

Ok, as someone who has seen the original cartoon and loved it so much that at the ripe old age of mid twenties...I'm still buying Transformers that are based on the originals...I must say the movie was simply "ok". It was giant robots blowing up other giant robots, which is cool and all...and Peter Cullen returing as Optimus Prime was neat-o and all, but the plot was very flat and the character developement of the Transformers was weak...at best...so over all I'm glad my girl YOSHIFAN24 took me to see it, but I doubt there will be a return showing...

my friend james went to see it with his mother last night and this is what he said:

"I JUST GOT BACK FROM TRANSFORMERS, YOU KNOW THOSE ROBOTS IN DISGUISE? YEAH WELL ITS ****ING AMAZING/FANTASTIC/EXCELLENT OMFG I NEEDED TO DO A HUGE **** IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOVIE BUT I STAYED BECAUSE IT WAS THAT GOOD!!!"

Just saw it. I was pleasantly surprised. There was at least some emotion to balance out the action, which is more than can be said about any of Bay's other movies. I was also kind of pissed off that they threw in some stuff for the kids (like Bumblebee taking a leak on someone. Blegh)

If the goal was to destroy the Allspark, why didn't Prime just tell Sam to destroy it instead of telling him to "hold on" constantly? It would've sped it up so much.

Overall I liked it, might see it again.

I'm too cheap so I'll just download it.

I hate it when people be asses in theaters and ruin a movie for other watchers.

But then again, the people who acted annoying in theaters where I was seeing a movie were nowhere near as obnoxious as the people you described. I may have overreacted a bit in my feelings towards the people I was around, but this is a different story altogether.

Agreed with Grant, People like that suck. Like the time my cousin and saw the Spongebob movie, and some dumbass parents let there kid get right up there with the screen and start JUMPING and casts a huge shadow. Jesus christ.

Anyway back on topic, Dunno if I'll see Transformers. I may get it a shot

i went to see turtles with a bunch of people and this dude dan came along and he seriously needed to piss like every five minutes. i think we are in dire need of a 'list movie theatre pet peeves' topic.

Planning on going to see it later this week.
Keep in mind, however, that I'm going in with the expectation that this film is going to pull a Gigli and ruin the franchise for years. Anything better than that is a plus in my books.

It was an alright movie. Though, the action and CGI was awesome. As far as the story goes..it just wasn't as good the original.

Yeah, I went to the theaters with my friends Dan and Curtis to see Transformers but when we got there it was sold out. The line up was gigantic. We settled with seeing Knocked Up instead, which was kind of a disappointment but I'm not complaining, the movie we saw turned out to be hilariously awesome.

I'll probably go back to the theaters next week to see Transformers because it looks really great.

And Wii Man, the people you described don't sound too obnoxious to me... If I saw an epic battle between two or more gigantic robots, I would have a few outbursts as well.

EDIT: and i got my tickets 2 days before, so i would be sure that i could see it...
