I enjoyed this, and I'm amazed at how you kept relatively on tempo (I cannot tell you how many times I've heard an acoustic guitar song someone recorded and the tempo went from 80 BPM all the way to 160).
One thing I'm concerned about that isn't regarded in your first post, is the triplet you play on the beginning of the second part of the Lon Lon Ranch theme. On the original, it's just a triplet, another note and then the rest blah blah blah. You play a really fast triplet, and then add another note to compensate for the time. There is such a thing as musical liberty, and that would be fine to use in this case, but you play the rest of the song (except for the improvisational parts) correct to the original, so it really doesn't sound like musical liberty, it sounds more like you were unsure of what to do there.
Other than that, and the obvious factors mentioned already in your post, very nice! I wouldn't mind you trying again, maybe writing out your solo, and making a good quality version! Also, please turn up the chords in the background, sounded lovely and I could barely hear them.
