This has been discussed twice and the popular opinion is that you shouldn't be allowed to vote for yourself in either top 5 voting and final voting.

So:

You are not allowed to vote for yourself in any competition at all.

If anyone catches someone voting for themselves please remind them of this rule. If all else fails, use the sticky with my contact info to let me know. Thanks.
